Numbers

In Hebrew, numbers have their own gender. In the following expression '' two boys'' (shney yeladim), the number two is different than in ''two girls'' (shtey yeladot). * The number one eh'ad or ah'at is always placed after the noun it qualifies.*The number shnayim or shtayim becomes shtey or shney before the noun it modifies.
